E-Commerce Manager

FEED is hiring an E-Commerce Manager with experience in direct-to-consumer user experience and conversion optimization. Data-driven, organized, self-sufficient and industry-savvy, this person will bring digital expertise and leadership to a key role within an innovative e-commerce brand.



  • Own site functionality, CMS, navigation and product merchandising
  • Define project deliverables that support business goals and conversion optimization
  • Manage development partner and other relevant vendors, leading QA
  • Collaborate with sales team to merchandise site to highest sell-through
  • Collaborate with marketing team to implement innovative industry best practices
  • Collaborate with operations team to implement systems that connect business stakeholders
  • Gather, analyze and report on key metrics around CVR and Bounce Rate
  • Assist in developing best practices and tools for project execution and management 



  • Highly analytical and test-driven
  • Marketing technologist with a track record of conversion optimization within ecommerce, marketing agency or independent consulting
  • Experience managing e-commerce platforms, such as Drupal, and technologies, such as Optimizely and Hotjar
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
