Sales Account Manager

FEED is looking for an Account Manager to play a crucial role in supporting the initiatives of the sales team.  You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining and developing key client accounts, servicing inbound inquiries, and focusing on outward lead generation.


  • Focus on new growth opportunities through sourcing leads and pitching in a creative way to inspire and motivate possible clients
  • Maintain existing accounts and grow/network from within
  • Reactively manage inbound phone and email inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and sales quotes, as well as presentations and pitches
  • Build and manage sales cycle/pipeline for all opportunities through salesforce database
  • Manage entire sales and operations cycle of each opportunity, including production. Coordinate artwork and design with clients, and work closely with vendors on back end to produce projects and keep to client delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate costing and pricing to maintain profitable margins
  • Work together with marketing team in development of marketing materials such as pitch decks, line sheets and catalogs
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to closely monitor inventory and plan for inventory needs while continuing to evolve product offering based on market feedback
  • Attend industry and networking events and trade shows as needed
  • Help sales team to develop sales forecasts and drive strategies for B2B channel growth


  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in event or B2B gifting sectors.  Relevant industry knowledge and contacts a huge plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, and an expert in relationship management
  • Proven results in hitting sales goals and targets
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented and resourceful, and able to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, innovative, and motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
